At The Blossoming Village Foundation, we are committed to serving families with dignity, compassion, and respect. Because our programs are supported by generous donors and community partners, assistance is based on available funding and inventory. 

Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. All requests are reviewed based on eligibility, program requirements, and available resources. 

The Daisy Initiative provides baby essentials to single mothers and their children through scheduled monthly distributions.

Distribution dates are held on the 4th Saturday of each month, subject to available resources and supplies. Families may receive assistance following submission of a support request. If a request cannot be fulfilled, the family will be notified directly.

Distribution details and any changes to the monthly schedule will be communicated as needed.

Eligibility requirements may differ by program. Applicants may be asked to provide information or documentation to verify eligibility before assistance is provided. 

Applicants are expected to provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false information may result in denial of current or future assistance.  

 We are committed to treating every individual with kindness, dignity, and respect. We ask that all interactions with our volunteers, staff, and community partners remain respectful as well. 

Personal information shared with The Blossoming Village Foundation is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of determining eligibility, providing services, and maintaining program records. 

Our goal is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to build lasting relationships and strengthen our community by being the village every family deserves.
